Raffle tickets are available for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Wellsville Tigers football whirligig lawn ornaments.  Tickets are $5 for 1 ticket or $10 for 3 tickets.  Winning raffle tickets will be pulled on Friday, September 1st at 5:00 PM.  The stand pictured is not included, it is only for display purposes.  Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Wellsville Carnegie Public Library.
